Daniel Craig rumoured buyer of Martin Amis' Brooklyn brownstone home

10-Jan-2018 • Actor News

Isabel Fonseca and author Martin Amis sold their home in Brooklyn, NY for $6.75m.

According to Page Six incumbent Bond star, Daniel Craig and actress-wife Rachel Weisz are the buyers. The home, located in the Brooklyn suburb of Cobble Hill was purchased by Amis in 2010 for $2.5 million and sadly caught fire in 2016 after a fault in the chimney last winter.

The listing remarked that the property was somewhat unfinished: "offered as a clean, blank slate and ready for a purchaser to finish to their specifications. This home has just received a brand new roof".

Amis' father, Kingsley Amis, was the first 007 continuation author after he penned the novel, 'Colonel Sun' under the pseudonym Robert Markham.
