'Skyfall' UK run-time and certificate confirmed by BBFC

12-Oct-2012 • Skyfall

The British Board of Film Classification today announced the final run-time and 12A certificate for the new James Bond film "Skyfall".

"Skyfall" is set to be the second longest of the 007 adventures clocking in at 142m 58s (2 hours, 22 minutes). It is just shy of the record held by "Casino Royale" at 144 minutes.

The BBFC also released their consumer advice summary for the film: "Contains moderate action violence and one use of strong language."

A longer decision report explaining the 12A rating will be published on Tuesday 16th October 2012.

Thanks to `Lizo` for the alert.
