Casino Royale breaks Bond records in Denmark

28-Nov-2006 • Casino Royale

Approximately 150,000 people in Denmark watched Casino Royale in theatres when the film opened nationwide on November 24th, taking in $2,628,615 at the box-office since release.

The attendance sets a new record for an opening three-day weekend in Denmark.

National press reports are speculating that Casino Royale will end top of the pile for the year in Denmark, topping the current leader "The Da Vinci Code", which attracted 635,000 cinema-goers.
