Julian McMahon shoots down rumours of high price tag for 007

13-Sep-2005 • Casino Royale

Actor Julian McMahon, who screentested for the James Bond role a couple of months ago, has shot down recent rumours that he priced himself out of contention.

Regarding the rumors that his agents were asking for too much money and that resulted in him losing the part is not true according to the actor. "I would not allow money to get in the way of a dream project, we're talking about James "****" Bond" said McMahon.

He is hopeful that some good news could be expected in the very near future, although McMahon added that things had gone quiet recently - reports IESB.
