'Carte Blanche' holds firm in New York Times best sellers list

'Carte Blanche', the new James Bond continuation novel from thriller writer Jeffery Deaver, has held firm in the top ten New York Times best-sellers list for Hardcover Fiction in its second week on sale in the USA.
